Returns and exchanges

Returning or exchanging your Starbath Plus order is a simple process.

To proceed with the return/exchange of an item purchased in the Starbath Plus online store you will have to perform the following steps:

  1. Request an exchange/return by e-mail to info@starbathplus.com within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product. It is convenient to specify the order number of the order for which the exchange/return is intended and the reason why it is being made.
  2. Within 48-72 working hours, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will exchange or refund it as soon as possible. Products must be returned unused and/or undamaged and in the same original Starbath Plus box in which you received it.
  • Who bears the cost of return/exchange of product?

If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another model, Starbath Plus will be responsible for the return transport costs. In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, Starbath Plus also assumes the return shipping costs. In the case of a return because the customer does not like the design, finish, size or a purchase made by mistake, it is the customer who must bear the return costs. Starbath Plus lends itself to use our transportation to offer you a more competitive transportation cost.

  • When do I receive the refund amount?

Once we receive the package we will send you an e-mail informing you of receipt and the refund will be made within 7 to 15 working days. This term will depend on your bank.

  • What happens if the amount of the refund is incorrect?

If this should happen, please contact us at info@starbathplus.com, and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. In the event that Starbath Plus has mistakenly shipped a different item than ordered or the quality of the item shipped is not adequate, please contact us at info@starbathplus.com, for return/exchange.

  • What is the deadline for an exchange/return?

The deadline for any return or exchange is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items are carefully checked before shipment. If you receive any item that is not in perfect condition, please notify us immediately.
  • Include all items you want to exchange/return in one shipment to ensure we process your return/exchange as soon as possible.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged or defective in transit. Your return cannot be accepted if this box is damaged.
  • If you send us the package on your own, please note that Starbath Plus is not responsible for your order until it arrives at our facilities. It is recommended to use our transport agency GLS.
